In this Unit we have focused medical and aesthetic treatments for Regenerative purposes.
Aesthetic Medicine:
- ● Platelet-Rich Plasma, for facial, neck and décolleté regeneration, as well as to improve scars, keloids and blemishes.
- ● Exosomes: nanoparticles produced by cells that act as intercellular messengers, containing DNA and RNA and used to facilitate communication between cells. Their goal in aesthetic medicine is to improve skin and tissue quality by promoting their regeneration.
- ● Polynucleotides (PDRN): DNA fragments that induce a non-inflammatory tissue regeneration response and promote the synthesis of hyaluronic acid, collagen and elastin, achieving skin rejuvenation. They have an antioxidant effect that counteracts the harmful effects of free radicals on the skin. They have both facial and body applications.
- ● Autologous Exosomes (ExoMe by Cellenis): obtained from the patient's own blood through specialised centrifugation. They act as biological messengers enhanced by the patient's own genetic material, maximising tissue regeneration in a 100% natural way without rejection risk.
- ● PRP Dermafiller by Cellenis: regenerative facial filler techniques using platelet-rich plasma, combining the biological power of PRP with specific volume, furrow and scar filling applications.
General Medicine and Traumatology: At UMERED we carry out a protocol aimed at regenerating tendon and osteoarticular injuries, with ultrasound-guided injections, with the aim of regenerating injuries and improving pain.

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) is a treatment indicated for a large number of degenerative injuries, acute or chronic tendinitis, osteoarthritis, ligament tears and all types of injuries where tissue regeneration is needed.
At our clinic this procedure is performed supervised with ultrasound imaging, ensuring we inject in the correct location without touching other structures with the needle.

Ultrasound-guided injection with high molecular weight hyaluronic acid and sodium chondroitin to reduce inflammation and restore the extracellular environment to a healthier state. Indicated for osteoarticular pathologies. Medical assessment will determine the number of sessions required.
